Communications

Communication is the process of understanding our experiences and the experiences of others through the use of verbal and nonverbal messages.

Passive listening - simply receiving a message and making sense out of it without feedback or verification.

Active listening - requires you to make sense out of the message and then verify that your sense making is accurate.
